The Peltor SportTac is designed specifically for the needs of hunters, sport shooters, police and military forces.
The volume function amplifies low sounds and simultaneously dampens loud noises such as shots effectively.
The capsules are held flat, so there is no contact with the weapon.
The Peltor SportTac folds together quickly and easily. So a storage in the luggage is no longer a problem.
Security: The attenuation value and volume ratios for the protectors were measured according to EN 352-4 2001 share, EN 352-6 2002 and applicable on EN 352-1 2002, and the product was approved accordingly.
The gain is controlled by push buttons on the right shell.
The AAA batteries are placed outside under the removable outer shell. So they do not get in contact with sweat.
Operating with a set of batteries about 600 hours
Automatic switch-off 2 hours after the last contact. After 1 hour and 59 minutes beeps show the upcoming shutdown.
The scope of delivery includes two green and two orange shells in addition. The shells are easily interchangeable.
