When the SOMO safety ear candle is burning the air is flowing from the bottom of the candle to the top through convection. This causes a vacuum in the ear. Beewax and a condensate of herbs are introduced in the ear during the burning process. The condensate is transporting the heat from the candle. The air stream out of the candle and the condensate moving in the ear are causing a ventilation effect in the ear. This ventilation effect strongly activates the metabolism and lymph functions in the head. The earwax is eliminated quick and easy and the main areas in the inner ear are energetically activated and their function improves. The auto-cleaning system in the ear ist stimulated (transport of earwax through minuscule hairs).

What you need is a glass or a bowl filled with water, scissors, lighter or matches and someone to assist you.

Lie down on your side so that your ear is parallel to the floor. The person assisting you lights the candle and puts the opposite side with the integrated drip preventing filter in your earhole. Let the candle burn down until 6cm is left. When the candle has burned down, extinguish it in the water. Repeat the same process with the other ear. Always treat both ears. Usually after the first treatment the pain is reduced. After 3 to 5 treatments with the earcandles usually the symptoms are gone.
